headaches

I have been getting headaches for a week where I feel dizzy and I feel that my muscles twitch. I went to the hospital to get my blood tested and had a CAT scan and everything turned out negative but I still feel the same. What can be the factors contributing to my headaches?? I never had them before and I wanted to know if a CAT scan and blood test rule out everything???

CT scan more or less rules out any significant pathology as tumour or meningitis especially if it was with contrast, a consultant with a neurologist will help further, sensitive to light may be an indication of migraine especially if the headache is onesided. However, Your physician will be able to guide you further.

I have recently been waking up with a stiff neck and headaches. I have been experiencing headaches for about a week now, I have no history of headaches and i'm worried that its something serious. I recently went to the hospital and had blood test and a Cat Scan performed and everything came out normal but i have not improved. Also my eyes feel tired, im sensible to light and my teeth hurt. Would the cat scan rule out anything life threatening such as a tumor or meningitis??

there can be many causes of headache other than can be detected on CT, various causes can be migraine, sinusitis, hypertension, cervical radiculopathy, anxiety/stress, infections.
There are some features which if you have may point towards migraine--which is usually --Severe , unilateral, throbbing, activity worsening it, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, further consultation with the physician will help.
