Head & Neck Soft Tissue Ultrasound

My dr is on vaca this week. Had my ultrasound last Fri  Does this look bad? Can’t seem to get any answers at my drs office from the nurse until my dr is back.
Ultrasound Report
Anterior chain lymph node on the right has eccentrically thickened cortex although fatty hilum remains. It is 1.7 cm ir length. Slow flow varicosity extending toward the jugular vein. Other small reactive appearing lymph nodes present in the anterior chain.
Impression: New lymphadenopathy presumably reactive. Recommend clinical follow-up.
