Mammogram microcalcifications

Hello Dr
45 yo female. Left breast hx of stereotactic(microcalcifications) negative bx with clip placed, also 2 lumps removed on LT side-both benign all over past 7 years or so.  Now LT side again new and many microcalcifications. Rad cannot tell if skin microcalcifications or in breast.  Negative ultrasound. Small breasted and mag and tangential views difficult to clear up focal area.  I would like to know for sure if they are in the skin or not. Per Rad, cannot biopsy but only surgical removal? Any other diagnostic testing or options so I do not have to wait 6mths for another mammogram??  Thank you!!!!!!!!
