is posterior bankart lesion/posterior labral damage suggestive in given sections?

Yes, these images suggest a posterior labral detachment, but without the remainder of images a definite diagnosis is impossible.

other sections does not show significant pathology related to labral injury.

its known that the sensitivity of mri is poor for detecting labral lesions, but what about the specificity of this mri image for reverse bankart? i.e. could the image seen in mri be related to another lesion?
