Entire body swelling

Hello,
My entire body swells up in the morning (started last month), almost doubles its size, then after about 2-3 hours it goes back to normal. Sometimes I experience chest pain, (infrequently spine pain, overall body pain), having trouble walking in the morning, and rarely I vomit. I am female, 40 years old, I am of average height and weight, I don't take any medications whatsoever, I keep a healthy intake of food, I rarely consume alcohol, no family medical history. I already scheduled an appointment with my doctor for next week, but I'd like to have an insight as to what this might be and any answer would be much appreciated. Thank you.
