FINGER AND TOE TIPS ARE GETTING BLACK

ITS MORE THAN ONE YEAR, BUT I IGNORED, MY FINGER TIPS WHERE GETTING BLACK...
BUT NOW MY TOE AND FINGER GETTING MORE BLACK...EVEN MY PAM IS BEING REDISH.

My mothers finger tips & her cheeks are getting black. She is having asthma problem also. Every alternate day she get fever and start shivering. Kindly advice the good doctor/hospital where I can take her for check-up.

How are you? Fingers or toes may change color when they are:  exposed to cold temperatures, stress or when there is a problem with their blood supply. Differentials include  Raynaud's phenomenon, Peripheral artery disease, buerger's disease, necrotizing vasculitis or systemic lupus erythematosus. I recommend that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Your medical history, and complete physical examination will help determine he underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
