I have joint pains but no doctor can find what i have

Hello, my name is Andrei Popa i am 25 and i am from Romania.

My joints pain started around 3 years ago (suddenly), i had no joint problems prior to this. So i took a medicine called Rybomunil (it's an oral vaccine that stimulates the imune sistem ). I took it for 6 months...after i finished with it i had flu and that's when ( i think) started to get joint pain. It started with my hip and now after three years all my joints hurt especially when i do a workout or something. (they crack more and more, and louder and louder)

They don't hurt in the morning,  and it hurts only the joints i use the most ( for example now my hip joints, my knees hurt and my ankles  ...they feel like tingeling )

I had all the blood test done for arthritis and mri's and x ray scans, everything looks normal to the doctors ( i went to like 6 different immunology doctors ).

I don't know where to go from here....and they hurt more and more...i can't even do pushups anymore.

Any help or suggestion is super good.

Thank you very much!

PMR (polymyalgia rheumatica) or fibromyalgia maybe worth asking your doctor about.
