Thanks for the advice. It is very helpful. I quit my job so that I can get pregnant, but I didn realise that it is adding on my stress level?

I tried changing shampoo, tried washing without shampoo. The problem still exist. Maybe , I will have to wait for a while.

But u are right somehow, I was very sick when I came back from holiday.(after I quit job) I was having fever, backache, breathing difficulties, and couldnt sleep at nite. It was something like virus infection. And on top of that, I ate some  Chinese medicine too.

I am trying to stay positive. Hope that everything would be fine.

Hi,

Hair loss could be due to any of the following: alopecia areata, traction alopecia, trichotillomania, tinea capitis, or telogen effluvium.  In your case, having quitted your job,  would cause a lot of stress in your part.

The most common type of stress-induced hair loss is telogen effluvium. In this condition, severe stress such as due to illness, injury or surgery causes large numbers of hairs to stop their growing phase and shift into a resting phase. Two to three months later, the resting hairs suddenly start falling out. The hair eventually grows back within six to nine months. The pimples could be hormonal and stress related as well.

If it persists, it would be best to see your dermatologist for further evaluation of your hair loss. Take care and keep us posted.
