Mystery infection is unbearable

Hi everyone.  I know I may not be in the right forum but I REALLY need your help - looking at all options now. Posted on herpes, will post here, dermatology and anywhere else that may lead to some clues, cause this is a real mystery! Long story short - slept with a guy unprotected (both thought we were clean from previous testing) and gave him oral, 1-2 weeks after this I came out with horrible vaginal infection.  Swelling, burning, discharge, severe itch, lesions on vagina, urethra and internal vaginal swelling/heaviness, pelvic pain, red spots/blisters on bum and inner thigh, hot sunburn like rash on buttocks and thighs, raw throat, blistered lips, fever, hot face, chills, itching round bumps on legs mainly that weeped then healed with a scar.  Was very very ill initially for two weeks but now it all comes and goes - don't have all symptoms all the time. Been tested for all stds including gon, clamydia, trich, hiv and herpes (swab, rapid 2 test and igg) - all negative.  Any ideas if there are any other stds that aren't routinely tested that this could be.  Or any other infection?  I NEED some ideas.  Doc doesn't know.  Will be a long time before seeing gyn so need to try and figure out what direction to go in.  Treated for yeast, bv and more antibiotics and antivirals just in case it worked - but still in lots of discomfort and PAIN.  ANY ideas will be great, thank you.  Need to sort it and get on with life again. Thank you so much.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes, sorry forgot to mention that, negative!  I have no clue what this is now but I am in so  much pain.  Thinking it's viral rather than bacterial or fungal but not sure about genital viral infections?!?!?

Did they check you for syphilis? It's a blood test. I think that would be a very important one to get based on your symptoms.
