Need help fast

My husband really needs help. He had been going to doctor for shaking in hands and they siad he was stressed and put him on an antidepressant. Now he is having periods where he said his brain is misfiring. That one minute he is there and the next he's not. They last about a second and are truly interupting his day. He is scared he is having a stroke or something. we dont have health insurance and are really scared.

I hate to worry you, but this really, really needs to be addressed by a neurologist before you go ordering any meds without the advice of a physician, or at least a pharmacist. Even though you don't have insurance, a good pharmacist should be willing to at least educate you about any medications you're considering ordering for your husband.
But please consider going to see a neurologist. Neurological problems can be very, very serious and can drastically alter your husband's quality of life if the problem is left unchecked and unresolved. It could be something simple that could be easily addressed, but you could end up catching something early before it does any real damage. Call around and ask a neurologist in your area what it would cost to see them. Or perhaps try calling a Shriner's hospital, catholic hospital, or university hospital, if there's one in your area. They often have programs for people who do not have insurance coverage.
Good luck!
