Hi,
Thanks for the updates. If the prescribed medications are not helping, I recommend that you see your attending for proper management. A change of medication or additional diagnostic tests may be indicated. Workplace may be contributory but may not be the sole reason. It is important that any underlying medical issue is ruled out. Hang on and stay positive always. Ask for a second opinion from another doctor if needed. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? The human body produces a variety of odors in the form of volatile chemical substances, which usually stimulate the sense of smell. There are a lot of factors to consider including your medical history, diet, medication you are taking, and underlying medical conditions such as excessive sweating, liver disorders, diabetes and genetic conditions such as trimethylaminuria. Trimethylaminuria or "fish odor syndrome," causes individuals to produce a fish-like odor, on the breath, sweat and urine. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
