Please Help, Doctors Have Given Up!

I'm 16 years old. For 4 years now I have had stomach problems. I wake up in the morning from nausea, not long after i get diarrhea, my whole pelvic area feels like its in knots, along with my abdomen. Most of the time i will retch for about 20 minutes throwing up white foam or stomach bile. Up until the middle of the day i feel really week, have no appetite, and cant eat without getting nauseous. Throughout the day i get horrible pains in my upper right quadrant. Underneath my right rib cage. my joints are always sore, and my right side of my back and shoulder, (parallel to my gallbladder), gets really sore with a hot stinging sensation. I have been to a GI doctor and had 2 upper endoscopy's, a flex sig, and a colon endoscopy. Nothing came back besides ulcers. I had a hyda scan done, and my gallbladder is functioning correctly. I also had an xray to check for malrotation, which was negative. I have been checked for celiac disease and crohns but nothing showed. I recently had a stool sample and it came back normal. I also have a low grade fever every day. Can someone please give me some direction as to what this could be?

Food sensitivities can aggravate all digestive issues, including GERD, which could be the problem as Selma said.  I would recommend seeing a naturopath to try a food elimination/food challenge diet.  This kind of diet just helps you determine if a certain type of food is causing the digestive issues.  It definitely helps to do this through instructions from a naturopath, though.

From the sounds of it, you might have the same complicated issues with the entire digestive tract that a lot of us have, which is the combination of GERD and IBS.  You can have the kind of IBS I have, which is more prone to constipation than diarrhea, and this is actually fairly common.  I wish I had known this was what was going on with me when I was your age.  Anyway, the food elimination diet will help you at least figure out the worst foods for you.  Once you know and understand the principles of using the food elimination diet, you can use it for foods that are not on the big list they have you avoiding initially to see if the food you suspect is the problem.  Going through this myself has helped a lot to figure out foods that are issues for me.  It was a relief to not experience so much nausea from foods that were the problem.
