Please take the time to read :)

I am having a problem finding a doctor to diagnose me by my symptoms ,  years ago at age 29 I had been getting strange symptoms within  two years. Started with eye floaters , muscle twitching all over body ,severely sensitive to the cold (feet would turn purple) in the winter , pins and needles in feet , burning inside of legs and arms , stiff knees and fingers , very tired , loss of balance , hard to focus when driving , loss of appetite , back pain, hot flashes with confusion , light headed ,  rash on chin 1 - 2  times a year, no sex drive at all , swollen limp nodes down neck lasting 1 week , got a fever of 103 that had me bed ridden for 3 days  with no other symptoms when fever broke I got a rash all over body and none of my 3 members of my family got sick or was sick at the time,  I still have those symptoms  but now age 34 I have started getting heart flutters daily and finger nail hemorrhages , shortness of breathe , cough and have had chest pains and sharp pains all over body but not daily. abnormal bowl movement , I don't drink or do drugs but when I go to the doctors they treat me as such as to think I would make these symptoms up   although I'm not in pain but more uncomfortable and my symptoms are not always constant there are so many its just not normal and just want it all to go away  I'm really angry that the doctors won't take the time to listen and figure out what specialist I need to see and what testing I need , any ideas? signed , very frustrated

I think you should check into mold as well.  I was exposed to black mold 6 years ago and it almost killed me!  I was very sick and ended up with bilateral pulmonary embolisms.  I was in the hospital for several days and my body has not been the same since.  I have pretty much the same issues you are having.  I have been in and out of the hospital for the past 6 years with unexplainable chest pain, signs of heart attack to most doctor but all the monitors and labs come back normal.  I have read on the internet that there is actually a blood test that can be done to check for levels of mold in the blood.  I am sure insurance will not cover this but worth checking into.

Good luck and feel free to talk to me or contact me any time.:)

Have you considered MOLD?  Only reason I suggest this is because you have all the symptoms of toxic mold poisoning.  Look at this web site and read the sypmtons:

http://www.toxic-black-mold-syndrome.com/

Mold can really mess you up!  It could be in your work place (think duct vents or water cooler, coffee pot, community refrig, under carpet, behind walls), in your car vents, in your bedroom or all over your house.  It could even just be if you live in a damp climate and there is rotting vegetation.  Everyone reacts differently to mold. If you have allergies, depending on how severe, you could have horrible reactions.  Start looking around your environment and check for mold.  You can also have your doctor do some kind of test too.

Good luck.

So sorry to hear how you are feeling and being treated.

Unfortunately, you are not alone.  For some reason it seems that our medical society is not on the same path that many of us are.

The docs have 10 minutes to see you and rely on tests to diagnose.  They can't take the time to listen to what we need to tell them, and not all things are easily diagnosed with tests.  We don't have great diagnosticians anymore.

The best I can tell you is have someone go with you to the doctor as an advocate and don't give up.  Switch doctors if you have to.

Hope it helps! Hang in there!
