Strange Vertigo

Hi, my post is a tricky one.  About a year ago, i started getting a sudden feeling of vertigo.  At first, my eyes would glitch, then there would be a small ammount of time where i felt normal, then all of the sudden, my whole world would start to spin.

I have had multiple testes done by many doctors and different institutions.  I have had MRI, MRA scans, along with meeting with multiple physical therepy docotors, and audiologists.

As far as i know, there is no def. trigger for this.  I can be walking, sitting, running, working, watching tv, reading, typing, or just talking on the phone when this strikes.

So my question is, has anyone herd of any rare forms of vertigo??  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Vertigo can be peripheral or central in origin depending on the location of the dysfunction of the vestibular pathway. Aside from the MRI and MRA scans, other tests of vestibular system function such as electronystagmography (ENG), rotation tests, caloric reflex test, and computerized dynamic posturography (CDP) may also be done to help with the diagnosis. Take care ad do keep us posted.

HI there r many types of vertigo such as :
benign paroxysmal positional vertigo
vestibular neuronitis vertigo
vertigo inner ear
meniere's disease vertigo

So it all depends if u were checked for all the types.......

May I ask what type of MRI u had..what area, ur sinuses? Brain?....
