multiple symptoms

I have been suffering from sudden onset of palpitations,and weakness.  this is accompanied by pressure in the chest and pain in my left arm.  I have been treated for GER  and SVT with an ablation.  I have an ECHO, and stress tests, EKG's , and holter monitors. all are normal.  

The symptoms start with a tingling in my face, then I have a flushing feeling, followed by palpitations, pounding heartbeat, chest pressure and pain down my left arm.  all labs and EKG's are normal.  I also have pain down the middle of my back, but have had a CAT scams that show a normal aorta, no disection.

With the last episode, my right hand cramped up and the whole right arm became very cramped and sore.  with this trip to the emergency room my potasium was low at 2.8.  one week prior it had been normal.

after the event I feel like I have run a marathon, aching legs and cramping hands and feet.    I have been treated for GERD, Anxiety disorder, depression, and hypertension.  

I am at my wits end.  please help

Areyou allergic to anything you can think of , could allergies be the cause of some of this, I know sulphates can give you palpitations and there are numerous other allergans, how about Meds do you take any , anti depressives can cause symtoms and side effects.
