Confused....

So...been dating a new guy now...really glad that I can move on.  It's been weird though he is really sweet when we are together, but when it comes to the phone or even texting I get nothing.  Why's that?   He acts like he isn't that interested in me.  Is this why I'm not getting any texting or phone calls?  I know dumb question its just different being in a new relationship with someone.  Don't know if it's just me thinking too much or what...  Help please : ) I don't text him much either.  I don't want to be a weirdo bothering him all the time, but I get nothing out of him.

Relationships usually grow.  Going from 0 to 10 is often not a good sign of things to come as things will often peter out when they get hot and heavy so fast.

So, he is enjoying your company but may not be ready for boyfriend and girlfriend status with the communication that goes with that.  I'd give it some more time and enjoy time together, get to know one another more, build a history.  See what happens.  As you get more serious, communication will probably increase.  If you never get close naturally in that way, then he's a casual dude and not interested in the next level of commitment.  But you aren't there yet.  Let it build slowly and hopefully things will progress in a positive way.  good luck
