Max you should be able to control your body do not let control you. However, what you are worried about isnt really an issue masturbation is safe and healthy and it wont affect your sex life unless you let it.I figured you just started masturbating recently well of course your body is going to yearn for this pleasurable experience but you must know when to stop and if it bothers you so much stop. You do it once a day, every other day ontil you gradually stop.Man your young play video games read a book do something when you feel the urge  there are so many things to do to take your mind off masturbation.
Anyways good luck

Masterbation is normal and has no effect on the body or sex life unless you do it in place of sex with a partner.
If you want to stop then stop...don't do it.
