Spermicide Condoms

Very Basic Question.
I had never used Spermicide Lubricated condoms until now.
The question is if the Spermicide is inside the condom, or outside?
I mention this because I believed that when its a spermicide lubricated condom, that spermicide was on the outside, but I've felt there is some kind of liquid-fluid on the inside also.

Follow up to this question is, if the spermicide is supposed to kill all sperm if the condom breaks? or is it only effective enough if the condom slips a bit and a few sperm leaks from the base?

Thanks!

If you are having slipping issues, make sure your partner is using appropriately sized condoms. And don't wait before he's gone flaccid to get him to pull out.

okay...you know spermicide is on the condom cuz its in the lubricant...which makes it in and out! condoms are lubricated on both sides

The **** is in the lubricant just in case it breaks...and why would sperm slip out through the base...thats alot of sperm..

Thinking about it, the way the condoms are rolled, wouldnt the inside be in contact with the outside of the condom when rolled?
Which would make the spermicide and any other lubricants actually be on the inside and outside of the condom?

The Spermacide is on the outside and the liquid on the inside is a lubricant for the man so it doesn't hurt putting it on.  As with all methods, abstinence is the safest.  However, no fun!  The spermacide is ment to kill a significant amount of sperm in any situation.  Just remeber condoms are not 100% effective with or without spermacide.
