i had sex with my girlfriend and we used a condom, but when i pulled out it looked like it was around the top but didnt know if went into her vagina, is there any way it can come out of the condom without a hole?

I'm so sorry about not replying to your message sooner, but as I wrote in the message if there wasn't a hole in the condom, then I really don't think there is a chance she's pregnant. Maybe what you saw wasn't you, but actually her from being wet?
It isnt likely but if you are very concerned she can get the Plan B pill just in case
