i know a person having sexual relationship with his mother for last 25 years. the mother was in such relationships with a number of relatives and seeks sadistic pleasures from her son even in old age.
worst part is that the son also treats her as his lover and enjoys the relationship and does not want to give it up but simultaneously wants to have relations with other women too.
would to have suggestions for treatment

Treatments?.....these people have to WANT to be treated or helped.  Let them find their OWN help.  

Secondly, don't get involved in this and stay away from these people because it is apparent they are mentally ill.

I just don't know what would possess a mother to go that far.. it is sickening.. I feel bad for the son, God knows that he was probably sexually assaulted as a child and finds this behavior to be normal. What is wrong with people!! Yes.  I pick friends by things we have in common and if I like their character.  I'd not be interested in being friends with someone that for 25 years has a sexual relationship with their mom and considers her his lover.  Perhaps on your way out the door you can recommend a psychatrist that works with a clinical psychologist. good luck
