sex addicted .. what to do

i have to admit that am sex addicted. i am married to a beautiful women but cant stop watching porn, masturbating up to 4-5times a day, going to prostitutes, visiting swinger clubs etc.

i just love sex, women, extreme sex like swinger clubs ... double penetration etc

but i feel guilty, i love my wife, i love my health ..

what should i do .. ???

Based on your post over on the STD forum, I'd say you also have a great deal of anxiety based on your behavior.

I agree with koukla - get into therapy ASAP. I believe there are also support groups around for sex addictions, but you may want to see a therapist first to sort it all out and be diagnosed, etc.

See a counselor... soon.  I think a guy on this forum named Johnny V can relate to your struggle.  Maybe your post will get him to peek his head out and give you some advice, or you could check some of his older posts out.
