I had the same problem with a bad smell in my nose. Like and infection. I went to the doctor, and was treated for about a 2 and a half months with antibiotics with not relief. I was referred to an ENT and he put me on a months worth of antib. with a decongestant and Flonase. This did not work either. A CT scan was done and found that I had a lot of infection in my sinus cavities, with a Retention cyst in my right maxillary sinus. The only way to get better was to have surgery. I done it and it went away. It has been 5 months, but it has returned, I started antib. early and hopefully it will not get bad. This is just something that has happened to me, I hope it is usefull, maybe you need to see and ENT.

Nose stink is usually caused by anaerobic bacteria, often undetectable by excellent doctors.  Best way to remove it is with saline. First try Neilmed Sinus Rinse, if that does not work (because of gravity) a FlipTurn Sinus Flush will.  It is risky because you have to bend over in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.  Continue to rinse for at least 3 days after smell goes away or it might grow back.
