Enquiry - Open Surgery Lungs

Doctor my sister 45 years due to TB got affected 20 years back and got treated. Came to know after her marriage and during her second child birth that lungs are weak (or) damaged. Blood vomiting was the symptom. Part of her lungs removed 10 years back (2 layers on right side removed with one left and 2 on right side).  Now due to the same problem she got open lung operation, got continued medical treatment with Pulmonologist but lung transplant was not considered or suggested. Your advice
