Thanks for the reply. Not sure what you mean by 'peak flow' and her 'normal numbers'. If you mean when she wakes up it's usually 2 - 3 hours after falling to sleep, around 1 or 2 o'clock. She has been to her doctor today and was prescribed a nasal spray for hayfever. We know it's definitely not just hayfever because I suffer from it myself, worse than what she does but haven't had the problems she's had. She is now finding that she's congested in her throat and ears?
does she do a peak flow? what are her normal numbers compared to now? if she is having trouble sleeping at night and waking up with asthma symptoms, she really should see a doctor or go to the ER. Obvioulsy, what she's been doing isn't helping at all and she is likely to only get worse.
