31 female. persistent and progressive breathlessness, chest tightness/presssure, difficulty breathing on minimal exertion and even at rest, chest/throat discomfort, cough with blood seen, very bloated abdomen, right sided upper abdo/lower chest pain-- symptoms worsening for 3 years. symptoms persist all the time, on every breath.
had echo few times-- 1st time showed TRp 33 (+10)=estimated pulmonary systolic pressure of 43. high. 2nd time estimated of 37. subsequent echo showed estimated of 20. up and down. i am scared to death, been tortured by this TIGHTNESS and palpitation/difficulty breathing/not getting enough air/cough.
my ANA is positive. doctor say it's not SLE etc. 1.have i got primary pulmonary hypertension?
2.are my symptoms caused by PH? i get symptoms at rest too, even lying on bed. palpitation and feeling suffocated/chest heaviness.
3.am i having advanced pulmonary hypertension causing heart failure and then die? seen many many doctors but not very useful.
4.is echo accurate?
5.how do symptoms manifestation correlate with echo findings? i have so many questions in mind and i am physically and mentally sick. oh i have difficulty swallowing too.
I know that soon, one day i will die from difficulty breathing. i am scared.not getting any help at all. Hope to have the above questions answered.
6.Why is my difficulty breathing? tightness causing difficulty breathing in and severe chest pressure all the time and worse on minimal exertion (eg walking a few steps, taking shower, not to mention about walking upstairs).
Had CT,lung function test,ECG..
God bless.
