Chest stab pain at a single point in right side lung

Hi. I'm having a stabbing pain at a single point in my right lung. Its like punch in needle. Some Pain is always there since morning but It hurts when I take a deep breath, trying to getup from bed. I think it's may because of gas trapped but I do not have any back pain. Just at a single point in my right chest. In everywhere respiration i feel pain. Any suggestions?
