Collapsed Lung

I have been diagnosed with a partially collapsed right lung - which likely resulted from pnemonia.  I have had this condition fo about a year.  And I have had three Cat-Scan over the last 4 months which show little or no change.  What can I do to treat this problem?  The only surgical option I found was a diaphragmatic plication ?  Is this an option for treatment or is it for more serious cases?
