Coughing foam, nausea, extreme fatigue that does not go away with good sleep

Hi,
I have been dealing with (what feels to me - the person who knows my body best), abnormal symptoms. I am asking on this site, because I’m sick of seeing doctors who send me away with little answers/help/guidance.

To list a few (attempting to be brief) symptoms -
•extreeeeme fatigue - no amount of sleep increases energy levels
•frequent, random onset nausea which results in vomiting 50% of the time
•relentless cough that goes from dry to phlegmy (and random sore throats on the right side of my throat only)
•loose stool (very foul smell, like my body is rotting from the inside - gross)
•cough/spit (almost burp) up a white foam liquid
•extremely painful muscle spasms/shooting pains throughout my body a few times a day, that force me to stop what I’m doing at that moment
•very poor short term memory, I’m extra forgetful lately (it seems)
•weight gain
•depression, anxiety, bipolar
•insomnia
•fluid retention
•feeling clumsy/like my legs are heavy and i don’t realize it until I stumble into or over something
•fibromyalgia
•recent psoriasis and eczema outbreaks on hands and arms
•loss of hair
•vomited black chunks
•recent foods that randomly make me feel sick, but I have always been able to digest throughout my life until now (eggs, milk)
•I have a history of diseases in my family - autoimmune, cancer, MS, diabetes

My rheumatologist diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, but told me to just “manage” it. I have also had multiple blood tests, coming back with posiibe ANA results. I’ve been told that’s an indication of autoimmune.

I think that’s all I can think of for now (I say, right after I listed a million things). I know this is a huge list - but clearly, I’m frustrated with my doctor. I’m tired of spending money to receive 0 results.

Appreciate any help, or AT LEAST, suggestions on things I should bring up to my doctor in an attempt to have a more productive doctor visit next time.
Thank you!
-Alyssa
