Cronic nasal / top of throat pain / inflam / forehead pain

Hi there,

Thankyou for any advice in advance!

I have had this chronic problem for 5 years now :(

I have been around the traps to try and figure it out but have had no luck.

It is basically a constant pain & inflammation steming from the top back of my throat towards my forehead. When i relax my face & close my eyes my eyes are pulled straight up and the muscles make me frown. I now have a very deep forehead line in the middle of my eye brows.
Two years ago I saw a ENT and he couldnt find anything wrong however said he could operate to open my nasal passages a bit however this didnt help at all.

When it is bad I get slight post nasal drip.

I have tried many things -  putting oils up my nose and oil pulling in my throat and using a neti pot. The oil pulling helps however puting anyting up my nose just seems to irritate it more.
When i put a cotten ear clearing up by noise and make myself sneaze is feels like this is where the irritation is & when i sneeze I get a little relief.
I have talked to a number of doctors and tried getting botox for a while but it seems to just relax the surface muslcea but the paid & tension is deeper.
One thing that helps is when i meditate I can feel right back at the start of my tongue and relax it and it feels like that is where the tension starts. However this releif doesnt last long.

I have a habbit of drinking hot tea allot and i snack allot so am wondering if it is been irritated by this or is it just a tension headache.
I have had allergies tested and found nothing also.

The line in the middle of my forehead has gotten very distinct that people ask me about it.

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Thankyou!
Mia
