Doctors get confused of my case please advise

Im a smoker have a symptoms of short breath not all the time and some times i have dry cough but when i have a flue my chest get some weez and chest tightness and i maybe not b able to move as i have some attacks it happens 3 times till now and i feel like im ding i visit to many doctors and here what i got of diagnostics
athma or copd or hyper inflated lungs imphisima
I did ct and it shows hyperinflated lungs
Bt my pft is normal fev1/fvc 76 but it was 81 5 monthes ago
And i did body plethysmography here the results:
