Does an inadequate respiration may...???

Hi, I am from Puerto Rico, and here in this island the heat is something to worry about it, anyway; recently I notice that when I was standing up talking with someone, I start to become really bad, I start to feel stress in my muscles, I feel my legs weak, I feels sofocate, I feel my tongue dry, and I feel like I will fall down; but I notice that when I speak and even more if I am standing up,  I don't make an adequate isnpiration, I think I speak really fast, and my respiration becomes inadequate; Does it is possible that a bad respiration process when talking, may affect the health, and feels so bad???

sorry, it's my again, when this happens to me while I am talking, I also notice, that my abdominals are contracted almost all the time while I am talking; it is almos impossible to me, to relax the abdominals while I am talking, I have this problems for some years ago; and I even don't make abdominals exercise, so I don't have those muscles strong, but when I talk I have them always contracted and this happens to me involuntary; Does the contracted abdominals when talking may affect in the respiration proccess???

Thanks.
