Groin pain and chest pain

I have been diagnosed with a small hydrocele in my left testicle and a  Reticulonodular density in the lower left lobe of my lung. My groin and left tesricle hurt when i either move too fast or any activities such as running or longboarding. also My chest has crushing pains all day , my abdomen , into my sides and back as well. I've lost about 12 pounds . And I lost my appetite for the most part. I feel like there could be something more seriously wrong than just their diagnosis.

Hi, understand, you must be worried about the density in the lung. With the hydrocele was the testis normal? Sometimes any tumors in the testis can cause minimal hydrocele. Lung nodules can occur due to local causes like recurrent lung infections and sometimes due to cancer of the lungs or as secondaries. They can also be seen in systemic diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis and scleroderma. Further evaluation will be based on whether the nodule is changing in size and systemic symptoms. A PET scan and biopsy may help in evaluation. A biopsy facilitates a histologic study of cells, which gives you a definite diagnosis. So, if your doctors had suspected a tumor they would have done a biopsy. But please follow up with our doctor and report your symptoms, if needed he may investigate further. Good luck.

By the testis being normal you mean normal size? Because my left testicle I looked on my ultrasound results and it says my left testicle is a little bigger. Ad with the indepth research I have done the first thing teaticular cancer does it spreads to your lungs. A d these two things happening at once is most likely sounds bad . Also I don't have insurance so following up with a doctor immediately isn't an option . I have to make a clinic appt Nd hope they have a specialist
