Highly postive PPD, NEGATIVE CHEST XRAY

I HAVE A HIGHLY POSITIVE PPD TWICE BOTH TIME ITS AROUND THAT 20MM, BUT MY CHEST XRAY IS NEGATIVE. I STOPPED WORKING IN TB CENTER AROUND 1 YEAR BACK IN INDIA.
I AM NOT HAVNG ANY SYMPTOM, LIKE ANOREXIA, WT LOSS, DECREASE APPETITE OR ANY THNG

Did you have a blood test to confirm the presence of M Tuberculosis? If no, this would be the next step. TB can be in blood and still far from doing any damage to your lungs resulting in normal X-ray

you should first be treated with Isoniazid and vitamin b6 for 9 months and then never have another ppd skin test.  once ppd is positive it is always positive
