Horrible chest pain/ pressure like need to burp

Hello:

I'm a 23 year old, healthy female, who has suddenly been hit hard by odd chest pain.
A week ago, I began experiencing a "bubble" in my chest, similiar to the need to burp, but it would subside and fade, then come back with so much pressure I stopped in my tracks each time.
Now, the bubble feeling has given way to a constant pressure in the center of my chest, and the feeling that my right lung (and to a lesser extent, the left also) is being lasso'd.
I have never had so much as mild indigestion in my life...but even so, many people insisted it was GERD or acid, so Ive been taking Prilosec with no improvement at all.
Its gotten bad enough to the point I cannot sleep without a sleep aid to force me to ignore the pain and sleep.
My main problem right now is I have no insurance, and cannot afford to take a mystery illness to the doctor and pay for a myriad of tests to be run.
I'm hoping someone else may have experienced this and can please point me in the right direction.

Watch your fat intake, your Gall Bladder maybe the cause.  I to had this, and thought it was indigestion, well it was but it was the Gall Bladder, try eating less fatty food and see if it gets better.
I  had to have mine removed.  I felt great but now its all coming back again,, it's either that or something,, posted my problems here myself.  But I was amazed that the Gall Bladder can cause so much trouble.
