I feel like taking deep breaths every 20 seconds

Why do i feel like taking deep breaths so often like why i went to the hospital and they told me everything was normal but i feel like i cant breath

Iv just put my post on regarding diaphragm weakness it Months of going to doctors and a&e before sent to respiritory consultant  who diagnosed it . It came out of the blue they think it may have been caused by a virus I had a slight cough  at the time  one minute I was fine then one night I tried to take a breath in and nothing happened
