I have so bad asthma, i want to end it all, please help me

I dont know what to do, i cant sleep, i cant eat, i cant drink. My life is hell. What can i do. Doctors cant do anything in my country, there are only 1 doctors to every 5,000 people, and i have to walk 15 miles to see him. I am so poor, i cant afford any medication either. The Zimbabwe government dont want to help white people.

I am sure this must be a very difficult and frustrating problem for you.  The only advice I can give from here is to find a doctor you can trust who can be sure of the diagnosis and treat you appropriately.  I understand from your note this is difficult to do locally.  However there does not seem to be any other easy alternatives to help with your problem.
