The symptoms of a blood clot can include breathing faster, feeling chest discomfort, and shortness of breath that has started suddenly. This shortness of breath may be worse during exercise, even in a person who exercises daily. You will need to check with your doctor about the amount of exercise that is safe for you. Your doctor may not want you to exercise until he has found what is causing you to feel like you can't breath.
