Pneumonia cardiogaly

Hi I'm 3months  ago I had a baby that was born at 34 weeks due to pneumonia cardiogaly... I've been in icu because of my critical state after coming out of the hospital I did an echocardiogram privately n it said that my heart is not swollen but the walls are thick. My questions are could the swelling go down could that cause breathing problems cause I suffer from panic anxiety disorder is that where the breathing problem coming from?
