Tongue coated sore mouth blocked nose

For past 4 years I've been suffering from thick mucus inside of my throat. My mouth feels sore my tounge is coated in White stuff I tried everything from trash medicine to stereoid spray to lansoprazole nothing seems to work. My whole mouth feels sore my cheeks tounge my throat is red my nose feels always blocked pls does anyone know what that might be. I also had a blood test done for infections my gp told me that was negative but my bf started to complain with same symptoms.I also 2 visits at e n t clinic both doctors told me I had acid reflux which I know I havnt but I took medicine n ofcourse it didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore.

If this is something like thrush, which is a fungal infection, you can always try eating unsweetened yogurt or taking acidophilus capsules. This will not destroy the funfus, but it will help restore the normal bacterial flora in your body.  If this starts to work then you can have your MD prescribe an antifungal medicine to treat the rest of it.  If you start this and get results the MD will likely know what you have then without a question.
