Breathing problem

Hello Doctor,

Im young 29 male.
My basic problem is when i  stress my body physically, i feel discomfort fromm left and right upper chest.
When i go for jogging or play games - i feel short of breath - feel something like wheezing. But im perfectly ok with my heart with all checks done including TMT,ECG. Also my nose regularly gets blocked and when i took medicines for the same i got relieved and i still feel the block when im head is upside down.

The final effect is that i feel my stamina is too bad and I can run hardly jog for 5 mins and i have to stop not because my heart rate is high but i cannot breathe heavily.

I do not have history of  asthma. but i had a few occassions of  wheezing during winter season. Also i did nasal polyps operation 3 years ago.

Help me direct what could be wrong.

thanks in advance,
jis

To help with your breathing problem, do this pranayam twice a day and you you will notice the benefit in days. When you are better, continue the pranayam once a day ,for life.Let me know how you feel after 21 days.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Two possibilities I can think of. (1) Sinus problem. (2) Asthma.
