Urge to breathe deeply
I've had this problem for months now and my mom keeps telling me it's nothing but I don't know what to think. Sometimes I get this feeling of shortness of breath and the urge to take in deep breaths and hold it as if to inflate my lungs as much as possible, as if my lungs are collapsing. Do you know if this can be treated or what it is?
