Weird Urge to Breathe Out Hard

I've noticed that I'm having some weird issues where I constantly have the urge to breathe out hard through my nose or mouth. Almost like coughing, but it's more like a hard exhale.

I don't have any difficulty breathing and my oxygen levels are fine, but this urge is really annoying. Is it something worth getting checked out (I'd prefer not to go to the hospital because of COVID...)
