Localised chest pain for more than a year, desperate, what could it be?

Hello. I am 30 yo male. Since aroun 18 months ago I feel a localised pain in my chest (on the front, between two ribs) whenever I increase my activity level (almost anything beyond walking will cause raise pain after a few days). Once the pain starts, it can last for a few weeks, but usually I will stop doing any activity so that the pain doesn't get too strong (pain on breathing, touching the spot, and some movements). It all started as a sudden pain similar to a pneumothorax (more on this later) - then it did result in pain in all the lung area, not just this spot. I must say that I have had surgery in this (right) lung twice due to reocurrence of pneumothorax (first time was around 14 years ago, VATS, but pneumothorax keep reocurring and around 3 years ago I had surgery again, only this time not with video-assisted thoracoscopic but with incision - small exeresis of the upper lobe of the right lung, which was thought to be the origin of the pneumothorax due to abnormal shape - it is not the same spot where I feel the pain now, though - the spot is lower, in the front of the chest). Now, I have seen two pneumologists (one thought the pain is a consequence of the surgery of 3 years ago, the other thought otherwise and said it was likely muscolosketal and recommended seeing an orthopedist or reumatologist), an orthopedist (said he didnt know anything of the chest), a reumatologist (initially thought the pain was due to an infection but then after a year with no progress she said it might be due to the surgery), and the surgeon who did the surgery of 3 years ago (who said the pain is very unlikely due to the surgery because for around 2 years after the surgery I had been pain-free - which I was). I know this is a long story -and please excuse my English-, but I would really appreciate any comment, idea, suggestion, as to what might be the cause of my pain, or what steps should I take from here. Thanks a lot!!!
