Why do I get respiratory problems so often?

Hey there first time posting on this forum, I keep getting respiratory problems like 2-3 months in between, I lead a healthy lifestyle working out 3x a week paired with basketball 3x a week, No smoking, Healthy diet even taking multivitamins,my last respiratory infection was Pneumonia 2 months ago which was cleared with antibiotics, before this pneumonia I had Bronchitis which was cleared with rest and water, now My chest feels congested and I'm wheezing but I had no fever and my nose or throat is not blocked. Also I do own a stray dog I rescued, only to find out I'm allergic to her :(
