Why is it that whenever I yawn so deep my breathing stops?
Why is it that whenever I yawn so deep, the right side of my chest down below to my rib hurts and suddenly my breathing stops? It last 1-2 mins catching my breath and 3-4 mins before the pain stops. I’m worried because it’s been happening to me for how many years already. I don’t want my parents to know because I don’t want them to worry..
