chest x ray faint opacities

My chest xray says faint opacities seen in the right upper zone 1st anterior costal space. This has the appearance of lung infection. What exactly can this be?

Your report has errors in terminology.  It should say:  faint opacities seen in the right upper lobe first intercostal space.  Then it goes on to explain it looks like a lung infection.  So the question is is it bacterial or viral ?
Thanks I will see a specialist though i have a history of minimal ptb about 5yrs ago i got cleared after taking 9months of medication could this be related? Plus im taking a medication for kidney that weakens my immune system.. =/
