copd,

49 yr old M non smoker, not overweight,routine chest xray showed slight hyperexpansion in lung, slight scarring otherwise normal no fluid
the impression stated was copd. It said treatment needed - none at this time,

Question.... Do I have copd I feel fine?

Is it going to get worse?


Anything I can do to help?

The diagnosis of COPD can only be suggested by an x-ray.  The diagnosis is made by lung function tests.  It is possible to have early COPD without any symptoms.  The best suggestion is to see your physician and get lung function tests.
