due lung nodules pulmonary cause pain

i was also diagnosed to have nodule on my right lung... and now i am worried. i have two kids ages 5 and 2. my husband is suffering from end stage renal disease and presently having his dialysis two times a week. another ailment from a family is too much... hope GOD's help i am okay.
