echo result meaning? is it lung, cardiac or other issue?

Hello, I'm female,20 years old
I had echo twice, one of them was the last year and showed pulmonary hypertension of 42,5 mmHg plus trivial leaking valves (mitral, tricuspid and mild leaking of pulmonic valve).
Then I had my second echo few days ago showed the following:
Left ventricular systolic function is hyperdynamic with an estimated EF of >70%. could not exclude diastolic dysfunction at rest in the presence of mildly dilated left atrium 4.0cm and mild pulmonary hypertension.
Estimated PASP is 41 mmHg assuming RA pressure is 5 mmHg.
Trace tricuspid regurgitation, mild pulmonic regurgitation.
So what is the next step? Should I follow with cardiologist?
My doctor asked me many questions, and ordered blood tests ( AVA, ENA, ESR, CBC, anti ds.DNA.. etc.) .
He asked about muscle and joint pain, hair loss, allergies, dermatitis, menstrual abnormalities, which I already have them, and other questions.
I used to have asthma.. but now it is decreased. I have chronic rhinitis long time ago (sneezing alot and running or stiff nose). Humidity and dust causing me discomfort in my chest.
I had high blood pressure, and one doctor ordered medication for two months and then discontinue. That was a year ago. Now I had high blood pressure but only from time to time, strong beats, light chest heaviness with activities, alteration between tachycardia and bradycardia, bruits on my jugular vein.
I'm not on any treatment or medications.
Additional question, I don't have tb scar.. does it mean I didn't get the vaccine? I will be going to the chest hospital soon as a nursing student.. will it be dangerous?
I'm sorry for the long questions.. but this important for me and I needed help..
Thank you in advance!
