fibrosis left upper lung

i have suffered pulmonary tuberculosis last 2006....i have taken medicines for 6 months two times now...but after ive taken my x ray....the finding is fibrosis on left upper lung...is there a possibility that this fibrosis will be treated or be gone permanently? thank you..

If you were adherent to the prescribed drugs, it is highly likely that the tubercle infection would have been rendered inactive.  Even with this desirable outcome, it is highly likely that the fibrosis will remain, never completely clear, and if stable in size and appearance, will not warrant further tuberculosis therapy.

hi doc!!!  just wanna ask if there would be medicine or vitamins will i take so that this fibrosis thing will be gone permanently?thanks...
